Itinerary

Day 1
The tour starts at 0830 from your hotel; take a flight to Salalah from Muscat. Once you arrive in Salalah, your tour starts in Salalah town via the beautiful Qoura Mountains Short break in Thumrait town, which was famous as a Bedouin settlement, continue driving west on graded road crossing the huge gravel desert of ‘ Al Nejd’. After we reach Ubar , which is believed to have been populated from 2800 BC to about 300 AD. There is a small museum at the site displaying archaeological discoveries. The bleak, arid desert of Rub al Khali or Empty Quarter stretches from the foothills of the mountains to an enormous sandy plain, which covers much of the area. The region is known for oil and archaeological sites. Exciting drive through the spectacular Al Hasman (Fasad) sand dunes more than 200 meters in height for a unique experience at the spectacular dunes with their changing colors running together in great impenetrable ranks and towering with vast smooth slopes and wafer-thin like ridges. Here your local guide will setup the camp for you overnight While you enjoyed watching amazing sun set from the top of the dunes – dinner will prepaid by your local guide

Day 2
In the morning, after breakfast, we start your tour drive back to Salalah and in the way we visit Wadi ‘Dawka’ (UNESCO World heritage site) known as the ‘Frankincense Wadi’, Arrive Salalah at 4 pm with Day on your own.
